T O P I C R E V I E WBMckayAnybody have a scan of what that patch looks like and what i should expect to pay for one? I saw what their Group 13 patch looks like. Is that they only one they had or did they a gag one as well?Jacques van OeneTake a look at this forum link and you will find all the ASCAN patches with some info. The links in the forum are from the spacepatches.nl website.... ------------------Jacques www.spacepatches.nl BMckayThanks it shows the group 13 patch but I am still looking for a photo of the hairball patch.nelyubovIf you page down on the link that was given above you will see the link for the Hairball patch.MrkBMckayThanks. Don't know how I missed it. Is it a rare patch? Does anyone know the history on it besides the website? Where can i get one and how much?Bill HuntI would say all the ASCAN patches - the original vintage ones - are fairly rare, as they're only given to the astronauts themselves. I'm not even sure who makes them. As for the Hairballs patch, I've never seen one available for sale, but replicas do appear on eBay from time to time.------------------Bill HunthoorenzHere is a picture of an original Hairballs patch. One noticable difference from the Eagle One Aerospace (or Cargo Bay Emblem) souvenir version: more white around the cat's paw.Erik
